Hello! I am Gesika and I am an artist living in Vancouver Canada. I have always had a passion for art and attended Emily Carr University of Art & Design but had a main focus on digital arts and media. It was in recent years that I got back into the analogue arts and took up painting in acrylic, watercolour and sometimes oil. 

I have a love of the ocean and spend most of my time painting water or oceans scenes. The ocean has been an inspiring topic, the freedom of movement and the memories of days spent at the beach. 

I also love to paint animals and really enjoy capturing loved pets in portraits and sculptures. I find it hard to stick to one medium or topic so I am always exploring new techniques and continuously learning.
